We stand for a highly decentralized business model, in which each of our four divisions are market leaders in there specialism. We chose this business model to maximise the focus on the product-philosophy and the market. Within the Emons Group each Division operates as entrepreneurs, with autonomous management. This results in a 100% focus on their goal: further development of very specific innovative products with the full support of all employees who are constantly challenged and intensively coached.
As a consequence of this decentralized entrepreneurship, the Emons Group Holding has developed itself as a central service centre providing the necessary support to the divisions. The main parts of these central services are: Purchasing, Vehicle Maintenance, Research & Development, ICT, Human Resources Management, Finance, Controlling and (driver)coaching.
